I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gary, Chantaal and Momentum for their outstanding customer service. When I had a problem with the watch band on a new M1 Twist I had recently purchased, they responded right away and offered to send me a new band to replace the original. They were also incredibly patient and helpful in answering all of my questions. My husband has had an M1 for years and has also experienced excellent customer service when needing service or a replacement band. The Momentum watches themselves are fantastic, but it’s the fact that the company follows up with such great service that will keep us loyal customers for years to come. Thanks Momentum!
