I bought my Momentum watch at a shop in 1990. I am hard on watches and have broken a few parts on it. Each time I sent it in for repair it is done immediately, correctly and reasonably. I now live on an island in the Caribbean and had to send it back to get the battery replaced. I dealt with Kim T who could not possibly have been anymore helpful. My watch was fixed and returned to a friend who brought it to me. Recently I lost the bezel insert and I emailed Kim. Once again, my email was answered immediately, she knew which watch I had and the part was sent to and received by my friend in less than a week. My Momentum watch is my absolute favorite and the incredible customer service I have received is beyond all expectations.
