Best customer service I’ve ever had… for anything!

I bought a Pro-300 stopwatch for coaching. As I was walking around on deck, I dropped my watch, denting a corner and somehow making one of the digits on the screen disappear. It was a minor inconvenience, but I called St-Mortiz to see how much it would be to get something like that repaired. The customer service agent told me that with shipping and repair costs, it would be almost half of the price of the watch itself. So instead, he simply offered me a 50% discount for a brand new one! So instead of getting my one watch repaired, I would keep it, only slightly broken and still usable, along with a brand new one for half price! Fantastic service!
