Refund policy

Sometimes things just don’t work out. If you would like to return/exchange the watch you ordered from momentumwatch.com, don’t spend time worrying! We want you to be happy with your watch. Read below on how to make a return.

 

Here’s how to make a return:

 

  • To receive a return label:
    • For USA orders, take the return shipping label that was enclosed with your shipment from us.
    • For Canadian orders, you can generate a Canada Post return label HERE.
    • For EU and UK orders, please read the instructions near the bottom of the page.
    • For all other locations, we are unable to offer free return shipping at this time. 
  • Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and enclose it in the package.
  • Place your watch(es) with tags and original box/packaging in the reusable shipping box.
  • Attach the return shipping label provided to the outside of the package (make sure the barcode portion of the label is visible — we need to scan it when it arrives).
  • Find an appropriate nearby Post Office or UPS store location and drop off your package.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days after receipt and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. (Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3 business days for the credit to post to your account).

 

Please note!

 

  • We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on final sale items (this does not include regular sale items), discontinued items, or items with Custom Caseback Engraving, however these items are still covered under our 2-year Factory Warranty.
  • Returns/Exchanges must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will be processed within 5 business days after receipt and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. (Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3 business days for the credit to post to your account).
  • If you requested expedited shipping and decide to return the watch, please note that the expedited shipping fees paid are NOT refundable.
  • Damaged or worn items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • We can only process returns of product purchased on momentumwatch.com.
  • Returns of items purchased from a Momentum dealer must be returned to the dealer where they were purchased, and are subject to each store’s own Return/Exchange Policy.
  • We must receive the product within 14 days of the delivery date.*
  • Band orders & orders with Custom Caseback Engraving are not returnable/refundable and do not include a free return shipping label.
  • Orders shipping outside North America, do not include a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased on the Momentum Watches Online Store that are received between November 1, 2023 and December 25, 2023, may be returned through January 14, 2024. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Momentum Online Store Sales and Refunds Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, 2023 are subject to the Standard Return Policy. 

 

EUROPEAN / U.K. RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

 

  1. Address your return to the nearest Return Center from the list below.
  2. Make sure to include your Order Number (ex: EU1336) and name on the outside of your package. 
  3. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form, and put it inside the return shipment with your watch.
  4. Find an appropriate Post Office nearby and drop off your package.
  5. Once we receive your package, a refund or exchange will be processed within seven business days (we’ll email you a confirmation once this is complete).

 

EUROPEAN / U.K. AMAZON RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

  1. Address your return to the nearest Return Center from the list below.
  2. Make sure to include your Amazon Order ID (ex: 772-2152594-1615412) and name on the outside of your package. 
  3. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form, and put it inside the return shipment with your watch.
  4. Find an appropriate Post Office nearby and drop off your package.
  5. Once we receive your package, a refund or exchange will be processed within seven business days (we’ll email you a confirmation once this is complete).
