If a St. Moritz or Momentum® watch requires service, simply return it to the St. Moritz / Momentum® Service Centre. Our Service Centres can provide repairs, service, and replacement bands, promptly and at reasonable prices.

Below is a listing of the authorized St. Moritz / Momentum® Service Centres. It is imperative that you send watches to the correct service centre. This will help to avoid delays and additional costs in service due to customs brokerage and cross border traffic.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Canadian Head office will be closed on Tuesday July 1st for the CANADA DAY HOLIDAY.

Please note:
St. Moritz Watch Corp. and Momentum® watches that are still under warranty must be serviced by one of the Authorized St. Moritz Watch Corp. Service Centres listed above.  A watch still under warranty that is serviced by any non-authorized Service Centre (including dealer servicing) will void any remaining warranty.

 

Important Shipping Tips:

  1. Address it to "The Service Center".
  2. Do not enclose the original gift box, but do package the watch carefully to prevent damage in transit. (e.g. wrap in bubble wrap).
  3. Ensure that the package is adequately insured and if possible obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible or liable for any damaged items or lost parcels while in transit to one of our facilities.
  4. Whenever shipping your watch across any international border, you must indicate "returning product to manufacturer for repair & return only. Value for customs purposes only. No commercial value." You are responsible for all duties, taxes, freight or other fees associated with shipping your watch to our Service Centres. Failure to do so may result in refusal of the package.
