Gathering information
Every time you visit the Momentum® Web site, our server automatically recognizes your domain name, but not your e-mail address. This means our server can identify “where” you’re from, but not “who” you are.
General information may be collected on what pages of our site you access or visit.
St. Moritz Watch Corp. also retains any customer information volunteered, such as an e-mail address you might supply in a letter, or while placing an order for a replacement band, as well as survey information and/or site registrations. (e.g. registering your purchase on this site as a St. Moritz or Momentum® owner).
Important: No personally identifiable information is retrieved or captured by our Web site server unless you volunteer it.
Building a better business for you
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site, in an effort to make it more functional, practical and useful for our customers.
If you supply us with your postal address or e-mail address, you may receive periodic mailings from us about new products, services or upcoming events and occasional service bulletins from our Service Department. Likewise, if you provide us with your telephone number, we may contact you by telephone regarding your on-line order for a replacement band.
Your postal address, e-mail address and other personal information will not be made available to other companies. It is our policy NOT to allow disclosure of your telephone number to outside individuals or companies for the sale of products not produced by Momentum® or St. Moritz Watch Corp.

About Your On-line Security...
It is our policy to sell only original St. Moritz and Momentum® replacement bands through our web site. As a manufacturer, we do not ourselves sell our watches directly over the web: we do provide an on-line store locator for current dealers, as well as links to select St. Moritz and Momentum® web-dealers. Featured links are to dealers who we believe to be reputable, with well-maintained, secure sites.
If you wish to order an original replacement band from our Service Department through this site, any order you place is processed on a server uses the best software available (Secure Sockets Layer protocol) for secure Internet transactions. When you register as an owner, or order a band, any information you provide, such as a credit card number, is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. This means that any information you send to Momentum® and St. Moritz Watch Corp. via the Internet is unreadable in transit. That makes ordering on-line through a secure connection one of the safest ways to shop!
